Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Sketchly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If you are not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund policy as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not used more than 20% of your allocated monthly generation quota. Refund requests made after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Accounts with excessive usage (more than 50% of monthly quota consumed)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions marked as non-refundable
  • Team or enterprise plans unless specified otherwise in your contract

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@sketchly.ai with your account email, purchase receipt, and a brief explanation. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

5. Prorated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window but within the first 30 days, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused months at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds after the first 7 days.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for prior payments. You must explicitly request a refund within the eligible window to receive your money back.

7. Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
