Sketchly is an AI-powered design platform that transforms user sketches into professional digital assets including logos, website designs, user interfaces, illustrations, and icons. We provide tools for drawing, generating, editing, and exporting design assets.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sketchly.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
You retain ownership of your original sketches and the AI-generated outputs created from them. Sketchly retains all rights to our platform, technology, trademarks, and proprietary code. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use Sketchly will immediately cease.
Sketchly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Sketchly after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
